Audio guestbooks do not require internet or Wi-Fi to work. They are completely self-contained and function through a standalone recording device and has a battery.

We completely understand that sometimes plans change, and we're here to help! If you need to make changes to your audio guestbook order, here's what we can do:

If your order hasn't shipped yet: We’re happy to assist with adjustments to your style, color, or other details. Please contact us as soon as possible via email, and we’ll make sure everything is perfect for your event.

If your order has already shipped: Once shipped, changes become more difficult, but don’t worry—we’ll do our best to assist you in any way we can. Just reach out to us by email, and we'll explore your options together.

After receiving your returned phone, we run all of your messages through audio processing software to ensure you receive the best quality audio.

We will send you a downloadable link, which contains the audio/or video recordings from your special event. Please allow up to two weeks for extraction & transfer.

At checkout, in the instructions box, specify whether you are renting or buying the phone.

If you are renting a prepaid return label will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled.

Print off label, affix it to the box ensuring the new shipping label covers up the old shipping label.

Drop off package at nearest UPS location.
